About
This site is dedicated to the reality that God’s invisible qualities (His eternal power and divine nature) are manifested through His created things—wind and rain, snow and hail, sun and moon, horse and cow, bear and lion, butte and valley, mountain and sea . . . and you and me.
I’m William Geyman. Have you ever squeezed the fragrant leaves of an Alaska Yellow Cedar, slapped the burly bark of an old-growth Douglas Fir, or wondered at the ramrod-straight majesty of the mighty Sitka Spruce. The trees affect me, and the natural world as a whole strikes me as very compelling. As a Bible believer, I have tried to come to terms with the meaning of the animals and plants—the way they’re made, and the way they interact with (and often provide for) people. But it’s more than that. The clouds, the rain, the sky, the air, the waters, the mountains, the fields, the flowers, and the soil—what is it all about? What does all of it point to? I gave my heart to the Lord Jesus Christ at 22, when I was living in Berkeley, California, surrounded by much worldly striving and much decadence as well. I love looking into the eyes of a deer, a horse, a mouse; you get the idea. I believe they were made—MADE!—by the LORD God of Israel. What do you think? (Photos by the author.)
